Beatroom 02 – The Second Wave of Independent Energy. Out Now!

Five years after the release of the first volume, Beatroom 02 returns – a unique compilation connecting independent electronic music creators. The album continues the original idea born from the need to showcase the true diversity of the underground scene and the power of collaboration between artists outside the mainstream.

The compilation features producers and composers who consistently build their own sonic worlds. Each artist received a personal copy of the album as a symbol of creative participation in this shared project. The visual design of the entire release was created by MIPS, whose demoscene-inspired aesthetics perfectly capture the spirit of Beatroom.

A young girl and a humanoid robot walk hand in hand toward a bright light in a desolate industrial corridor. The robot has a CD embedded in its back, and the girl holds another disc, symbolizing the bond between humanity and technology in the spirit of the independent electronic compilation Beatroom 02 by KROMP ROOM RECORDS.

Among the tracks featured on Beatroom 02 is “Come On Baby” by Kromproom – producer, artist, and founder of the label, who also curated the concept of the compilation. Alongside the album release, the official music video for the track premieres today on Kromproom’s official YouTube channel. The video serves as a visual manifesto of freedom, emotion, and expression that have long defined Kromproom’s artistic style.

The image shows the legs of a ballerina standing en pointe in the middle of an empty asphalt road. The minimalist, symbolic scene contrasts the elegance of ballet with the rawness of the environment. The text “Kromproom – Come On Baby” is written on the pavement, creating a striking and artistic promotional visual for the track.

Another video released simultaneously with the album is “Shiva” by Jamick – a ritualistic, hypnotic track that blends electronic energy with an organic, spiritual pulse. The clip adds a deeper audiovisual dimension to the entire Beatroom 02 experience.

“Beatroom is a space for people who aren’t afraid of sound, experimentation, and truth in music. It’s not about the mainstream — it’s about passion and shared energy,” says Kromproom.
