Kromproom - Cyborg (NASA's Spacewalkers) - Live In Room 2009

In 2009, Piotr Kromproom Krompiewski published a piece entitled Cyborg (NASA's spacewalkers). Kromproom has been fascinated by space and its exploration from an early age, which can be heard in the aforementioned production.

NASA astronaut Robert L. Curbeam, Jr. (left) and European Space Agency astronaut Christer Fuglesang, both STS-116 mission specialists, participate in the mission's first of three planned sessions of extravehicular activity (EVA) as construction resumes on the International Space Station
The work of astronauts was an inspiration for the composition Cyborg (NASA's spacewalkers). In the music, we can hear authentic dialogues between astronauts working in space. The dialogue sequences were made available by the American space flight organisation NASA. Kromproom downloaded these sequences from the official website of the organisation and used them in their production.

The musician also decided to play this dynamically rhythmic electronic piece live, recording the video using a webcam. You can listen to the track live in Piotr "Kromproom" Krompiewski's home studio in Krosno Odrzańskie, Poland in 2009.
